Chef Heng designs personalized culinary experiences for you and your guests. Whatever the occasion, from a wedding or a milestone birthday celebration, an intimate dinner, a cocktail party, a special anniversary or your dream Palm Springs weekend, Chef Heng will design a custom menu just for you.

The experience begins when Chef Heng and his staff visit your home and consult with you to design exactly the type of event you envision, and then they bring that vision to life by creating just the right menu.

All ingredients are freshly purchased and hand-made for the event, and nothing frozen is ever used. From the freshest of vegetables to the freshest cuts of meat, everything for your meal is created from foods purchased especially for you.

While Chef Heng prepares the food at your location, his staff prepares the location itself.  Whether tray-passed or plated, the food is served fresh and at its proper temperature. After the event the kitchen and event space are thoroughly cleaned. Your private dinner is handled from beginning to end so you can relax and enjoy yourself with your guests.
